As attempts to provoke nuclear confrontations wtih Russia and China gain momentum, the Schiller Institute organized an international conference to warn about the dangerous implications for mankind.

The five-panel conference also proposed how to overcome the crisis, and how to create a new paradigm of relations between nations based on economic development.
