Global NATO Planning Meeting for World War III Set for Jan. 20 at Ramstein Air Base
[Print version of this editorial]
Jan. 15—The Global NATO apparatus that has already brought the world to the brink of thermonuclear war, will be meeting at Ramstein Air Base in Germany on Jan. 20, to discuss how to push forward with their plans for waging a two-plus front war against Russia and China. Calling themselves the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, this will be their third meeting since their first gathering April 26, 2022, which opened the floodgates to a massive buildup of NATO arms and activity deployed against Russia in Ukraine.
The City of London and Wall Street financial Establishment have now ordered the opening of a second front in that war, with the EU and Japan announcing last week that they had de facto joined NATO. After meeting with President Joe Biden in the White House on Friday, Jan. 13, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio delivered an address at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, at which he elaborated on his plans to convert Japan’s Defense Forces from a “shield” into a “spear,” and to deploy to help NATO “contain” both Russia and China.
Look at Ukraine if you want to know what that means.
Throughout the nine months since the first Ramstein meeting, the U.S. State Department-financed Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) of Ukraine has been deployed to threaten, terrorize, and in some cases provide names to Ukraine’s SBU and Myrotvorets hitmen to assassinate political opponents, in the hopes of terrorizing all opponents into silence—at least until the strategic die has been cast.
That hasn’t worked as they had hoped. Helga Zepp-LaRouche and the Schiller Institute sounded the alarm internationally and warned of the danger of onrushing nuclear warfare—despite the fact that Zepp-LaRouche has been at the very top of the CCD hitlist since it was first made public on July 14, 2022. That leadership has helped give others courage, in many countries around the world.
Now, an American Congressman has finally had the guts to stand up and call things by their proper name. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) sent an email to his list of supporters over the Jan. 14-15 weekend, stating bluntly,
Ukraine has a large military force comprised of Nazis who have pledged allegiance to Hitlerism [and] Zelensky is not a legitimate president. He was installed via a CIA-led coup in 2014 under the criminal actions of the Obama regime and agitator Victoria Nuland using George Soros money and tax money.
Gosar then threatened to cut off the massive U.S. military and other aid for Ukraine, while American cities and people sink deeper and deeper into depression, saying:
This rogue country does not deserve a single cent from us.
Correct: That’s a good start. But what’s the way out of this deadliest of crises?
The full answer can be found by studying the entire range of fourteen Schiller Institute international conferences carried out (online) over the last year, including the most recent Jan. 14 symposium: “Resurrect the True Mission of JFK and Martin Luther King Jr.—Stop NATO’s World War, Dismantle the ‘International Assassination Bureau’.”
Helga Zepp-LaRouche ended her opening presentation to that event with the following perspective:
“The reason why we have to think back to this period [under discussion], and to remember, also, what FDR said, that we have nothing to fear but fear itself, is that we are right now at the verge of nuclear war.
“But we also could be at the verge of a completely new world economic order. Many countries of the Global South are already pursuing a policy in the tradition of Mahatma Gandhi, of the Non-Aligned Movement, of Martin Luther King, of nonviolence, of win-win cooperation among sovereign states. I think if we want to honor the memory of such people as Mahatma Gandhi, who was killed, too; of people who have been fighting for a new world economic order eliminating the poverty in the developing countries like [assassinated leading German banker Alfred] Herrhausen was intending to do, and like my late husband [Lyndon LaRouche], who was for sure the most prominent fighter of his lifetime; then we should really learn the lesson of this, and do everything we can to establish a just, new world economic order.”
