Sheila Jackson Lee Goes for Impeachment against Trump, with First Three Points Being ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’

Jan. 8 , 2021 (EIRNS)—Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) introduced a House resolution on Jan. 7 for impeachment of President Donald Trump, which has a nasty direct attack on Russia and lists Trump’s questioning of the fraudulent election as one of the reasons for impeachment. Her action calls for barring Trump from ever holding any public office of any kind, in addition to removing him from the Presidency. The attack on Russia demonstrates that a United States-Russia alliance for development is a prime fear of the British Empire, and is the reason for impeaching Trump, dating back to his Nov. 8, 2016 election, and continuing to this very day. A reading of the resolution indicates that it may not be the work of just Jackson Lee and her staff, but may have been put together with assistance from Anglo-American Intelligence agencies, including the Schmuck Schumer-Nancy Pelosi Democratic leadership, whose outlook it reflects.

The Resolution, which does not yet have a number, states: “Resolved, that Donald John Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States”

Under Article II of the resolution, which enumerates causes for impeachment, the very first three points are an hysterical attack on Russia. Trump is accused of:

“(1) Soliciting and welcoming the assistance of a hostile foreign power to aid him in securing election in 2016 as President of the United States.

“(2) Refusing to acknowledge Russian interference in the internal affairs of the United States, and then opposing responses by Congress and the Executive Branch to protect the national security and interests of the United States against future Russian interference and aggression.

“(3) Publicly conveying his interest and willingness to accept the assistance of foreign powers in his attempt to win reelection as President of the United States.”

Jackson Lee then cites, as a cause for impeachment, that Trump challenged the rigged election. Trump is accused of:

“(4) Refusing continuously to acknowledge to the American people that he would accept and be bound by the verdict rendered in the 2020 Presidential election....”

And “(6) Instituting frivolous lawsuits to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential election, falsely alleging wide-spread voting fraud but providing no evidence in support of his spurious allegations.”

If you do that, you can be impeached.

The Jackson Lee resolution would bar Trump from any future elective office, specifying his “removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.”
