What Does the FBI Really Know About the ‘MAGA Insurrection’ Pipe Bomber?
March 12 , 2021 (EIRNS)—The “armed insurrection” story about January 6 isn’t hanging together well. Supposedly President Donald Trump whipped up a crowd of his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol to attempt to prevent the certification of Biden’s presidency and to attack and perhaps kill federal government officials. Based on numerous photographs, hundreds of the people who entered the Capitol illegally have been identified, with many arrests and charges filed.
But no weapons were seized from the intruders. No firearms charges were filed. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who had supposedly died after having been bashed in the head by a fire-extinguisher-wielding mob of Trump supporters, did not actually die this way. We were told a week or two ago that video footage of the fire-extinguisher-bashing had been found, but that footage has never been released.
So where is the violent menace that could emerge at any moment, an insurrectionary menace requiring thousands of troops to defend the Capitol that was left undefended on January 6? The pipe bomber.
Finally, more than two months after January 6, the FBI has released several minutes of grainy footage of the person believed to have left improvised pipe bombs at the headquarters of both the Republican and Democratic parties—bombs that did not explode. Although this master of disguise and subtlety has been able to evade the FBI for two months, apparently this person was unable to produce a working bomb....
They now ask you, dear viewer, whether you find anything recognizable in the suspect’s “gait, body language and mannerisms” that could help the FBI apprehend this menace to society.
Why have these videos only now been released in this form? Why do the videos seem to be incomplete? Why was Steven D’Antuono promoted from the Detroit FBI Field Office to the Washington one? In Detroit, D’Antuono was involved in the supposed plot to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, a plot in which more than a quarter of the participants were FBI operatives!
Is the pipe bomb mastermind the latest in a series of FBI operations to actively create a planned act of terrorism, only to later thwart it or leverage its existence to demand increased power?
