Diane Sare and Scott Ritter Demolish the ‘Ukraine Narrative’

Aug. 19, 2022 (EIRNS)—LaRouche independent candidate for the U.S. Senate from New York Diane Sare and the outspoken military expert Scott Ritter joined forces today on the “Issues that Matter” webcast by Cynthia Pooler in exposing both the fraud and the danger of the U.S./NATO “narrative” about the ongoing military crisis in Ukraine, starting with the fact that they are both on the blacklist of Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD). Ritter fulsomely praised Sare, not only for her stand on Ukraine, but also as a candidate for Senate, that would finally put someone with intelligence and morality into the degenerate and cowardly U.S. legislative branch. He offered his “100%” support for her campaign.

Sare and Ritter made clear that there is a serious security threat as a result of the U.S. government-funded CCD accusation that they and some 70 others internationally were “Russian propagandists,” “information terrorists,” and “war criminals.” There are Ukrainians and others in New York State who have been worked up into near psychotic rage by the Russophobia, who could well be incited to violence against people described as “enemies” by the CCD and Western media outlets. Sare noted the Salman Rushdie assassination attempt on Aug. 12 in upstate New York.

Sare brought up the continuing disaster in Afghanistan, where after 20 years of mass destruction by the U.S. and NATO military, Washington is offering nothing to address the 22 million people facing starvation, and even stole the nation’s reserves and imposed sanctions on the desperate citizens. She posed the effort by Helga Zepp-LaRouche to appeal to reason and moral justice that the U.S. join with the nations of the region, including Russia, China and India, to address together this humanitarian catastrophe, as a means of overcoming the hysteria driving the U.S. into decoupling from both Russia and China. Ritter concurred that the U.S. could resolve the crisis overnight, but that immorality governs the U.S. political class.
