Helga Zepp-LaRouche and Richard A. Black Address National Committee for BRICS Research in Moscow

Oct. 25, 2022 (EIRNS)—Schiller Institute Founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche and Schiller Institute UN Liaison Richard Black addressed a two-day international scientific and practical conference “Scientific-Technological and Innovative Cooperation of BRICS Countries,” which was hosted by Russia’s National Committee for BRICS Research and opened by greetings from Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Ryabkov.
