Russia Reveals Ukrainian Drones Used Black Sea Grain Corridor ‘Security Zone’

Oct. 30, 2022 (EIRNS)—TASS today reports on a statement from Russia’s Ministry of Defense, which claims that fragments of the Ukrainian drones used to attack Russian vessels in Sevastopol Saturday have been found, giving new revelations about the attack. They claim that the drones were launched from near Odessa, and then traveled through the grain corridor using its “security zone” to then attack Russian ships in Sevastopol. The statement also claims that the drones carried Canadian-made navigation modules.

If this statement turns out to be true, it would explain why Russia felt justified in withdrawing from the grain deal with Ukraine, as this is clearly in violation of its stated principles.
