Dona Nobis Pacem: Join the Growing, Global Chorus of Voices Against Nuclear War

Nov. 4, 2022 (EIRNS)—The Schiller Institute is inviting all people of good will to join the growing global chorus of voices speaking out against nuclear war. The candlelight vigils are entitled “Dona Nobis Pacem,” which means “Give Us Peace.” Dona Nobis Pacem—a well-known three-part canon dating back to at least the 16th century—will become the “Universal Anthem of the Worldwide Movement To Stop World War III.” Please use the video with the score, and a performance of the three-part canon to learn the song and to circulate to others and encourage them to hold their own candlelight vigils.

On Tuesday, Nov. 8, the Schiller Institute in New England will hold a Candlelight Vigil in front of the Quincy Center, 1279 Hancock St., Quincy, from 6-7 p.m., to peacefully protest the NATO-led drive for nuclear war.
