`The Keys to Peace:
The LaRouche Doctrine'

April 20, 2004 (EIRNS)—This announcement was released today by the LaRouche in 2004 campaign committee.

Democratic Presidential candidate Lyndon H. LaRouche's campaign announced today, that the candidate will address an international webcast on Friday, April 30, at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. LaRouche's topic will be "The Keys to Peace: The LaRouche Doctrine."

On April 17, under the title "Southwest Asia: The LaRouche Doctrine," LaRouche issued a policy statement on how the United States can immediately withdraw from Iraq, while providing the necessary context of economic cooperation in Southwest Asia, that will permit the Iraq situation to be stabilized, and put on the right path.

The statement, which is available on larouchepub.com and larouchein2004.com, is currently being issued in a half a million run by the LaRouche Presidential campaign, and translated into at least a half dozen languages other than English, for massive circulation.

As LaRouche puts it in his document: "The immediate subject of my present policy-statement here, is the task of successfully and quickly extracting U.S. military forces back to safety, out of the hopeless Hell-hole of the presently disintegrating U.S. military occupation of Iraq. Neither President Bush, nor Senator Kerry currently, are competent to define a practical approach to the accomplishment of that withdrawal. Nor would even my policy work, were it not presented by the U.S. as my doctrine, as I shall explain here, and the U.S. government were to identify this as their adoption of my doctrine."

Those wishing to attend the webcast, which will be held in the Washington, D.C. area, must pre-register, This can be done by calling LaRouche in 2004 at 1-800-929-7566. Otherwise, the webcast will be able to be accessed through www.larouchein2004.com or www.larouchepub.com.
